Organ Donation Day is observed on August 13 each year, and this year, in 2024, it falls on a Tuesday under the slogan, “Be the Reason for Someone’s Smile Today!” This theme aims to highlight the critical role that organ donation plays in saving lives and to promote awareness about the urgent need for more donors.
World organ donation day was celebrated at VIJAYA EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY on 14th august 2024, accompanied by the chief guest Dr. Pavan Kumar Vecham.
Up to students from different departments of Vijaya Educational Academy attended the Mind fest program.
The session remained interactive between the students and the chief guest enlightening on organ donation and its legal steps.
