Bachelor of Science in Operation Theatre & Anaesthesia Technology
B. Sc. Operation Theatre &Anesthesia Technology is an Undergraduate Allied health science course offered by the Vijaya Medical & educational Trust (VMET).
Three year graduate program with one year of Internship training program in B.Sc OT & AT provides an opportunity to learn the basic principles of Anesthesia & Sterilization procedures which are essential for them to assist the Surgeons & Anesthetists during the surgical procedure. They learn the art of handling the patients in preop areas, during the surgical procedure and to monitor them in recovery room after their surgery.

Admission Criteria
Candidates Should have passed 10+2 Examination
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science
- Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology from recognized board.
- Should have completed the minimum age of 17 years as on or before 31st December and no upper age limit.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate who has passed any qualifying examinations other than the Higher Secondary Course examination conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu should obtained Migration Certificate or other state should have obtained Eligibility Certificate from the University by remitting the prescribed fees along with application form which shall be downloaded from the University Website www.tnmgrmu.ac.in and produce it at the time of admission.
